Now that's an easy one to solve. [Gestures and starts leading to the city.] Think about it. Why would they let you keep your weapon without studying it to make sure it couldn't break everyone free?

She stamps her foot, suddenly in a rage.]

They have some of the weapons at the weapon shop, but trust me, it won't bust through the barrier or they wouldn't let it be here. They barely let in any kind of vehicle. You're luck to have been put even on a boat that size... [Scary.]

If they touched her, I will kill them all. It took me ages to tune her to the right harmony!

Augh! I can't believe the nerve of this place!

[Screw walking, Grell wants her scythe back now and she doesn't care about appearances. She turns and grabs Marco by the shirt collar.]

[Arches an eyebrow and fends off the arm gripping him.]

[Sighs and gestures to the short cut they're going to take.] This weapon is that important to you? More than nakama?

[Oh dear god lady, you are something else. In which Marco realizes all in the space of her talking that she is a) definitely dangerous b) still completely hilarious -- though probably not intentionally; which leads to his own fast and furious debate on whether that makes it funnier or sad c) someone he has to watch for all the enjoyment to be derived from the crazy show and d) just like she said, someone who could definitely force Marco to stay on his toes to keep up with her trouble. And that should definitely not be so tantalizing a prospect. /sigh]

Someone with eyes as cold as his, a voice as smooth, looks to die for! Uncaring in everything and yet more loyal to his master than a dog raised on a chain! [Grabs her hand and leads through the teleporter to the Barracks. Wee!]

[More like he kicked it in, but Grell huffs, not wanting to talk about it.]

Oh, when I see him again, I'm sure we'll sort it out. I almost had him this time, but, well, work got in the way, you see. Someone else had my atten--

[And then suddenly, the barracks? WHAT THE HELL.]

[Dramatics are fun. She'll follow after, wondering if after the weapon, she can find her clothes. Clothes are nice. Town is a lot colder than being in the sun on the beach.]

[Leads her inside the weapons shop.]

See anything familiar? [He'd offer her a tour too, but she might want to go meet up with Lupin.]

[Familiar, familiar... She steps up inside and partway down one aisle, seemingly unamused with the selection. None of them look--

She whips to the left suddenly and grabs the red chainsaw, pulling it from the shelf with ease.]

There you are! Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry to have left you here alone so long!

[Death scythe obtained! Joy is had and she turns the thing disappearing as she does.]

Thank you, sweetheart, for bringing me here. I feel so much better with her in my figurative hands.

[Stares. Actually people hiding impossible fourth dimensional weapons on their body happens in the Whitebeard Pirates, but Grell doesn't have pockets on her chin so Marco's a little curious where it went. Still, he suspects it might be impolite to ask, so he dramatically gives her a bow to cover up the stare.]

Oh, and I have an appointment within town, I believe.

An appointment? Already? [Gestures out the door to head to the clothes shop.] And you've been here a grand total of what, an hour? [He sounds amused or impressed though, not critical.]

[All smiles and charm at that.] What can I say? When you look this good, you're in high demand.

[A slight leer in return.] I don't doubt that.

All right, so where are you meeting this guy, or person?

Oh, I only need call him and he'll come find me, I suppose. Or the fountain would work. Nice central location, just walked past it, didn't we?
