Augh, Will, are we done yet? I swear, this sea water is wrecking havoc on my--

[The sound of water and waves and not much else follows for a moment.]

Where...? ...! Where are all the bodies?! And the ice?! WILLIAM, DID YOU JUST LEAVE ME IN THIS BOAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ATLANTIC?! WILL?! RONALD! Ronald Knox, so help me, if you took off just because of a little overtime, I am going to---!! Ugh! Will! Wii---

[More yelling from his journal was not appealing. He's about to shut his journal before realizing that this was probably the voice of a New Feather. Jigen is just going to wait a few more minutes to let this woman get it our of her system before he speaks up to get her attention.]

Excuse me, miss. My name is Jigen. Do you know where you are? There should be a journal near you if you can hear me...

[Nope, please try again. Selphie for one, would be confused as hell before asking for help.]

And swimming's not a good idea right now either.

You're in luck though, there are some ships in Luceti so I'm sure someone will come out and lend you a hand eventually.

[All of them Grell. ALL OF THEM.]

There's a variety of species in this place, mortal and immortal alike. And like you, we have all been given similar books to communicate with upon our arrival.

If you are asking for the ones responsible for your presence here, they are called the Malnosso.

And how is this prince to get out to you, without knowing where on the ocean you are?

If you can't see shore from where you are, he must have a boat. Even then, finding you when you could be anywhere...

Yeah...[He is so confused...]

We'll talk in town then, Miss Suttfliff. I'll have tea and...some kind of food waiting. Have fun with the birdie~

At least you have a boat, yes? It could be worse. Then again it could be better. Are you within sight of any landmarks?
simplestgift: (I need a hug.)

By air or by sea, would be my best guess. Failing that? Magic.

[He sounds distant.]

I was adrift once. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

[As close to well-wishes as he can really come.]

It would have to be a large bird indeed, but that would not be too difficult to find here. We've little technicolor talking ponies. A bird large enough to bring you ashore would not be that strange.
